Life Coaching

Life coaching is a service designed to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals, improve their overall well-being, and reach their full potential. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past traumas, life coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented. Here are some key aspects of life coaching:

  • Goal Setting: Life coaches help clients identify and set realistic and achievable goals in various areas of their lives, such as career, relationships, health, and personal growth.

  • Action Planning: Coaches work with clients to create actionable plans to reach their goals, breaking down larger objectives into manageable steps.

  • Mindset Shifts: Life coaches assist clients in developing a positive and productive mindset, often using techniques from fields like cognitive behavioral therapy to change unhelpful thought patterns.

  • Accountability and Support: A life coach provides ongoing support and holds clients accountable for their progress, helping them stay motivated and on track.

  • Skill Development: Coaches help clients develop essential skills such as time management, communication, problem-solving, and resilience.

  • Overcoming Obstacles: Life coaches assist clients in identifying and overcoming obstacles or challenges that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.

What to expect from our sessions?

Our first session is a free initial consultation, where we'll have the chance to get to know each other better. It's an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and what you're hoping to achieve through coaching. Likewise, it's a chance for you to get a sense of who I am as a coach and see if you feel comfortable working together. If we both feel good about moving forward after our initial chat, we'll set up regular weekly or biweekly sessions. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place online or over the phone.
